Come and join us for a week of wing foiling and Pilates in the beautiful town of Vasiliki, on the Greek island of Lefkada. Whether you’re trying wing foiling for the first time or you’re already confident on the water, this retreat is open to all levels, and we’ll split the group accordingly during our coaching sessions.

This isn’t just a wing foil clinic, it’s a girls’ holiday with watersports at its heart. With a maximum of just 10 participants, we’re offering an exclusive and intimate week: a chance to unwind, connect with like-minded women, learn new skills, and simply enjoy being on the water together.

The bay offers perfect conditions for every rider, with light onshore winds in the morning and cross-shore winds in the afternoon. We’ll be staying in a stunning villa just a 5-minute bike ride from the beach.

We can’t wait to welcome you to Greece for a week of wing foiling, movement sessions, unwinding, and creating special memories together. Find all the details below!

  • Nestled in the olive groves, our villa accommodation offers the perfect space to unwind, with a private pool available for all guests. Relax before or after our wing foil and Pilates sessions, and take a short bicycle ride to the beach or into Vasiliki town whenever you like.

  • In the mornings, a steady onshore breeze offers ideal conditions for beginner wing foilers. In the afternoon, a stronger side-shore wind fills the bay, creating the perfect playground for more experienced riders.

    We’ll be based at the Surf Hotel School in Vasiliki for lessons and equipment hire. Julia, Elina, and Tom will be your instructors, they know the bay inside out.

    Whether you’re new to wing foiling or already hooked and looking to improve your flights, turning manoeuvres, or first jumps, we’ve got you covered. On lesson days, we’ll split the group into 2–3 levels.

  • Our daily breakfasts at the villa are freshly prepared by Ana and Julia, using the best local produce and flavours.

    For dinner, we’ll have a mix of meals out in Vasiliki town, visiting our favourite local tavernas as well as family style meals in the villa.

    Vegetarian and vegan options will always be available, any dietary requirements will be checked with you during the booking process.

    Two evenings are left “free” for flexible dinner plans which we can plan together! Anything from a special sunset dinner on the west coast of Lefkada or a beach picnic in town. Please note that these two dinners, along with all lunches and drinks during the week, are not included in the price.

  • To start your day feeling both energized and grounded, we’ll begin three mornings with movement sessions at our villa, guided by Ana, our qualified Pilates instructor.

    Each session will be tailored to the group’s mood that day, perhaps more stretching and slow movements after a windy day on the water, or more dynamic movements if that’s what everyone is feeling.

    Optional 1:1 sessions with Ana are also available, with personalized modifications to suit your needs.

  • This isn’t a wing foil ‘clinic’(!) Crossshore Collective retreats aim to be a girls holiday with a collective anchor to everyone’s passion to watersports. It’s your getaway to unwind, connect with like-minded women, learn new wing foil skills & explore the stunning island of Lefkada.

    Evenings are for sharing stories over group dinners, planning the next day, enjoying amazing food, and perhaps a glass of vino if you fancy.

    Come alone or with a friend and leave with a tribe and memories for a lifetime.

  • Check in is on Saturday afternoon from 2pm and check out is 11am the next Saturday.

    This retreat is suitable for all wing foil levels, from beginners to riders working on their first freestyle manourvers. We will split the group accordingly during the coaching sessions. We simply ask that you feel fit enough to take part in watersports activities.

    Mats for movement sessions are provided

    Wetsuits and water-wear is not provided

    You are not expected to fill every minute of your day! This is still your holiday, we are just here to help make it the best it can be with local knowledge!

    We will have bikes available at the villa which you will have free use of, we will also have a car available for shuttle runs to and fro from the beach or town.

    We hope to have a diverse mix of people joining us from around the world, but please bare in mind communication will be in English

    Once booked and a months before the retreat, you’ll receive a welcome pack which will include a packing list & rough itinerary to help paint a picture of the week. Please bear in mind the itinerary is weather dependant and may change depending on the conditions. You will also be added to our Whatsapp community to connect with fellow Crossshore gals.

  • Kit rental and storage

    (these are sold separately, as needs vary from person to person. You can store your gear all week at the Surf Hotel, where our lessons are based. If you choose to rent equipment, you can use it throughout the entire week — both during lessons and during your free wing-foiling time.

  • A bedroom with two beds under a sloped ceiling, each bed has wooden frames, white linens, towels, and a blanket folded at the foot.

    STANDARD TWIN

    The upstairs room option is shared with one other person, but you’ll have your own bed (either your own double bed, or one single and one double bed in the room), plus an ensuite bathroom.

  • Modern hotel room with a large bed, white bedding, and pillows. Nightstands on each side of the bed. Wall-mounted minimalist black lamps above the headboard. Towels in front of the bed, along with a tray and remote controls. A sliding glass door with white curtains leading to a balcony or patio, allowing natural light into the room. Light wood flooring.

    MASTER DOUBLE (POOL VIEW)

    Spacious downstairs room featuring a large king bed, a luxurious ensuite bathroom, and stunning pool views!

    For this room, you would share the large king bed, so please only book if you’re comfortable sharing a bed with someone else. It’s also a great option if you’re booking together with a friend, discounts available!

  • Flights to Preveza airport are readily available from most European countries, if you need help finding the best flight/route, get in touch.

  • Yes! Absolutely! In fact, we will happily offer you a discount for friend bookings.

  • Bookings require a £300 deposit, the remaining cost will be due in full 8 weeks prior to departure. Payment plans are available.
